ill be honest..this about of muscle on men is kinda gross…they start looking like genetically modified livestock more than people after a certain point…defined muscles and well toned abs are all well and good..but this is starting to look like he could poke your eyes out with those pecks…ew.

Hey im 26, 180 cm tall and weight is 75kg and i would like to build some muscle and be fit. I would consider myself skinnyfat but not too skinny. I already worked out on and off at the gym for a year so im not a total newbie. Currently im searching for a Fullbody routine that i can do at home since the gym is closed in my country.
My Equipment: SZ Rod, Dumbbells, Dipstation, Bench, Situp Bench, "Belly scooter?" Pullup bar (i can maxiumum do 12 chin ups at once)
My current Split: Day 1: Squats, Benchpress, pushups, tight benchpress, flys, dips, rows
Day 2: Military press, frons raise, side raise, dips, bicep curls, hammer curls,
The total i have in weights is 60 kg so i im doing a lot of reps.
I am not really satisfied with this plan and would like to have something more efficient.
