Eyyy gained a lil' weight from quarantine. I'm looking to burn it off, and if I'm lucky, maybe I'll even lose a few. Currently at 43 kg and at 5'1" , I'm hoping to hop down to 40 kg – my goal weight. Let's do this together!

Day 1: Did it for about 50 minutes. I was supposed to push through the last ten but then I stubbed myself really hard. Imma try again tomorrow. ~43 kg~

There were mino choco bars in the fridge. Ended up eating two. 78 cal each.
To make up for it, I'm going to try to bike for an hour. I'll rest for at least 5 hours. Best not to push the body so much, I might strain myself and have to take a rest day.
