Great product. Don't press like this! Don't flare your elbows to the side, very bad for your shoulders. Whether you're pressing a barbell, kettlebell, or a bag of rocks, tuck your elbow close to your body, "pack" your shoulders (scapula down and back). Much safer. Not my opinion…Google it. Bodylastics are fantastic bands, can't say enough for them, they rock.
