Thank you & great video, my only problem is that you go too fast during all the exercises, but that could also be because I am on Oxygen 24/7 and at level 6, so I just stop the video after each one & do it at my pace. I am on the waiting list for a double lung transplant, as my COPD has been like a runaway train & really appreciate all these exercises. I went to Respiratory Rehab last year, but you have a whole lot more exercises. Thank you again for posting this wonderful video, I needed it!

Lynda Raven says:

I have been doing this along with the video. Question should I keep my oxygen on while I do these? IOr leave off during exercise. I noticed none of them had their oxygen on.

This is very good.

Dennis Shields says:

Dennis Shields says:

Trying to follow along seems like your going too fast. Can I slow this down some?

Dennis Shields says:

Thank you very much. I was diagnosed with copd years ago. I'm 60 now. I had one Doctor's assistant that told me to try deep breathing exercises. The next time I went back she was no longer there. Thank you again, I'll try them all

Tom Arabia says:

IM  now my fathers caregiver and coach….he is on supply air,,,,can he still do this exercise?    is it safe?

Rachel Eckert says:

I'm so happy I found this video! I'm an OTA student and I'm doing an in-service on COPD for the therapy department. These are wonderful exercises the OT department can do for their patients.

jag1155 says:

Thank you for this wonderful video, it really works and the exercises are simple enough to avoid problems not doing them in a correct way.

Marianne Duke says:

Thank you. These exercises not only help me breath and sleep better, but help me control my Prednisone Type 2 Diabetes. Today I attended a Holiday Chorus, and later celebrated the day at a fabulous Patisserie. I had many, many, special and unusual patisseries, plus coffee, which would usually affect my breathing. But, I drank a lot of water; pretended I was conducting an orchestra for 15 minutes; did your two upper body and two lower body videos; and brought my blood sugar down 84 points in 92 minutes.

I am so grateful you care about everybody. Christine Malone and her team are great.

Have a fabulous 2016
