After having a spinal fusion procedure done, make sure to clear any exercise program with your doctor first.

I had an L4-5, S1 fusion that released a pinched nerve. 11 months ou t I am still using a cane. The quadricep on my right leg can't support my left leg to walk. Advice?

I was in a car accident 6 years ago and my L1 is crushed gone so I’m fused at T12 T11 L2 L3 so I may try to see if this helps
