Guys I just want to let you know that the Lord Jesus Christ loves YOU so incredibly much that He willingly died on a cross for you. He is coming back SOON! Nobody knows the day or hour not even Jesus himself (Matt 24:36), but He really is going to come back to this Earth. We’ve all sinned and need God’s forgiveness! But Jesus already payed the ultimate sacrifice for our sins by dying on a cross and rising again! Now all we have to do is turn to God through Him and freely accept the gift of God’s grace! Get to know God and His will by studying His Word (the Bible) daily. Establish a relationship with God. Repent from your sins – remove sin from your life, confess Jesus as your personal savior (Romans 10:9) AND be baptized for the forgiveness of your sins (Acts 2:38, Luke 13:3, Titus 3:4-7, Acts 17:30, Acts 16:31-34, Ezekiel 18:32, 1 Pet 3:21), and live a new life for Christ! Then continue serving God until you die (Mark 13:13), AND YOU SHALL INHERIT ETERNAL LIFE AND LIVE IN HEAVEN FOREVER (heaven is the place where everything is perfect and there is no death, pain, sadness, or any bad thing (John 3:16, John 5:24, Romans 6:23, Revelation 21:1-7)

Throw them in a backpack or use them as is. Super cheap and effective odd object weights for home CrossFit!

you made me laugh with your toilet paper. Here too in Quebec, we had the collective madness of toilet paper. In short. At home, I managed to train. I bought just before all the stores closed some dumbell (5, 12, 25 lb), a chin up rack to put in a door, a pilates ball, a dance rope and rubber bands. So I succeed thanks to your advice and that of my trainer to make me homemade programs. I have an inflammation of the right shoulder which poisons my life and I no longer have access to my osteopath or my sports doctor but I still manage to train every day. Thank you for your advice

My box has been doing this for a week. Search HVFIT, here on YouTube, for daily backpack workouts. Warning, they feel just as bad as a normal WOD.
