Here we go! Day 1 in the EPIC Beginners Series for those of you wanting to progress to the full EPIC Program! We are starting with a full lower body workout lasting 30 minutes.
Squats, lunges, holds, and of course wall sits in there too make this an EPIC beginner leg workout! This is a fantastic workout to gut your hamstrings, quads, glutes and core with just your bodyweight as resistance!
This is a no equipment workout however, you will need a wall, a sturdy chair and a mat.
Remember to work at your own pace! You can go slower, you can even go faster if you feel like it.. just maintain form and alignment!
Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to beginning. (See link below for my new warm up routine)
I’m sure you will challenge yourself and feel the intensity as much as I did!!

Wow. I consider myself quite fit. I've been doing two people's routines on YouTube regularly. I've just had a month off and started this as I thought it would be easy. I was 10 minutes in and got up to collapse on the floor my legs spasming and cramping , I feel sick too. Unbelievable. I always thought half an hour wasn't long enough how wrong was I. Great workout thank you
I am basically little lazy, and don't feel like completing 30 min workout… but somehow.. I complete Caroline's workouts, as they are very interesting… and not overwhelming…. thanks so much for these videos!!
my lower body is in pain not even 10 mins in the workout… X_X but yall, i can't do hamstring march… the gravity is stronger than my muscles T_T

Just started the epic workout love it legs are dead. To see results would it be ok if I took day on day off for this series I always need recovery day in between
This is just amazing!!! Thank you!! It’s just what I needed. I just wish I had warmed up, as advised. 😃 I’m in pain now. Every single leg muscle hurts like hell 😁
When I start with the series, should I plan a rest day after every session? So e.g. I start with the first video on Monday, then I’ll rest on Tuesday, continue on Wednesday,…? Any recommendations?

skimmed through this and thought i'd be able to get through it with no stops- boy was i wrong lol. back today with my legs more sore than they've been in awhile, but couldn't be happier for trying! wishing all the best for even any attempt 🙂

As an overweight person, i sweat a lot. In some exercises, I couldn't do exact moves and i take last three second to extra rest. But i tried my best. I hope i can lose weight and get in shape. I've been dreaming this for years.
