First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won’t lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

I'm so glad it's actually getting easier. I never believed people when they said it but the difficulties are reducing drastically as I go. It's really worth it guys
With the programmes if there is say 3 videos a day are you meant to consecutively do video after video or are u meant to spread them out Throughout the day x

Hello, I've started this workout on monday(13.04.20) and it's my 3 day today! My goal is to keep doing this until 6 months! I'm gonna focus onto my goal and lose weight. Atm my weight is 77 kg, I want to lose 25kg and I will makesure to update here to keep myself going!! So good luck so everyone working out~

day one: it was too hard !! at the end of the first video I couldn't breathe anymore, I didn't manage to finish some of the exercises … the second was easier
