For beginners… Do this 1 (maybe 1 and a half if you athletic due to the strainous exercise) for two or three weeks then go into a second and if you can do a third try but don't go full out, you have to conserve your strength! If you all three in the 1st go when you see this, you'll damage your body in more ways than you can.

Hello guys, so I’ve been doing this workout for about a month, not every day but i manage to take time to do it at least 3/4 times a week. Results are great but for the real beginners i suggest something easier for start because this is a mental battle between your body and your mind. At this point i stand on 5min jumping over rope for the warmup, 3 series of this workout and a 3min plank. Also i’m doing this with 30sec rest between excercieses and 1min rest between series. Push yourself and don’t give up, thank you for the workout I feel amazing. Hope so i get tattos when i get to the 4th series. Cheers.
