The wall squats are the real deal. My wall in the garage isn't slippery enough so I used an old skateboard I have in my garage. Worked perfect!

Most leg day routines I find call for squats and leg press, so substituting this for leg press would just mean doing more squats. Not really a leg press alternative if it's just a squat.

This is great. I have one question though my workout for the leg press say 220lbs. What would that be for when you use dumbbells? Would you reduse the weight or would you try to find 110lbs dumbbells for each hand?
