I've been trying to get a body like yours for years! But nobody exactly had what I wanted. Either, they didn't post workouts, they had plastic surgery, or something like that. So thank you so much! I'm not old enough to go to the gym yet, so this will definantly keep me occupied!!

I am really sad that I los a lot of weight in the last two years…I don’t feel comfortable in my body and now that the gyms closed I really feel bad. I tried your gym workouts and really loved them and I hope this home workout will give me a good feeling again. 🙂

I have basically been doing this routine with the bands + donkey kick pulses + fire hydrants + sumo squats + weighted hip thrusts + dead lifts… and now my booty is noticeably bigger and rounder. I have been doing this 1-2 times a week for one month now.
