I really like this routine. Sometimes my BP is high, and I have been advised to watch my BP and cholesterol, so this fits the bill. Many thanks! I have watched several times and try to incorporate it in my day, plus walking the dog 4 or 5 days a week really helps my stamina.
How long does it take for one to start seeing results in blood pressure readings. I need something quick. I love this routine though 🥰
