Thank you so much body projects for uploading homeworkouts, I’ve been watching and working out for almost 2 months. My starting weight is 78kg but now im 72kg and i feel great😁. I really like ur vids coz its not just a workout but daniel and others are motivating by their words like “throw punches”,”this is ur workout”, “come on!” “Change starts now”.

At the end when you talked about overcoming your need for motivation in order to do a workout… That was me tonight! I was so tired and even though it is pretty late into the evening, I worked out anyway. I even did it with the weights added. Thank you both for the wonderful workouts and for the little thoughts sprinkled throughout the videos. It truly is a mental and physical exercise!
