Awesome video mashallah. I have been suffering with slip disc in my back for 24 years and tried so many Yoga classes. However, after doing this yoga session today, I feel that my pain has been shifted and make me feel free. May Allah Almighty bless you too and please I'm not good woth IT, so could you please advise me as how can I join your other programmes or classes. Thanks once again xx

I did this program today. It's fantastic. When we got to the abs and core section I was too tired to participate fully and skipped some and did some less reps of the ones that I did follow through. I'm going to repeat this next week.

restarting working out used to do it all the time then got bogged down with my third kid and after that started getting lazy at my at in home on honestly i restarted and stopped again a month a gain when i got that bug that was going around decided to start up before i get lazy again especially since i love it and it keeps me calmed down
