I'm new to working out and mostly looking to tone up. Would definitely like to lose a little fat, but my body is mostly that "skinny fat" kind. I'm wondering… is HIIT mostly cardio or these workouts would also totally tone me up quick? Should I do the full body HIIT workouts every other day or, for my goals, would it be better to mostly do the toning videos and a full body HIIT workout once or twice a week…? Please help!
