It took 5 weeks to recover from C19, but since then my husband and I have not missed a morning with Joe. Now five weeks on and we feel fitter and the muscles are much stronger than for some time. A great little workout to start the day. Quite amazing what a difference it makes both physically and mentally. Thank you Joe. We are 75.
