My gym is closed from corona. Weird thing is being brought to these calisthenics videos it seems the people who do this stuff have a way more well rounded physique than people in my gym. They have larger more well rounded chest and abs. Making me wonder if the gym was really worth it . Can somebody verify that im not crazy
I like trying to do these workouts for beginners, but I barely can get through the full routine. I am probably not in good enough shape or have been doing the wrong things at the gym. This will take me a while to do a full workout of his, but he’ll or high water, I’ll get there!
