Great workout!! The sets are perfect for me. But they can be modified. I like that there is enough time in between sets to adjust the bands and your body. Some days I just can’t do squats so I replace them with jumping jacks. The timer is large and visible which is much needed for me. His voice is nice too.

After the lock down began, I began using resistence bands. Mounted four TRX anchors on a terrace wall. I was sceptical the first week, but I find resistence bands better than the weight room. Will probably cancel my gym membership. Lots of advantages; better workout, no driving, can workout barefooted with bed-head and far cheaper. A silver lining in this dark cloud. Thanks!
