Omg i am not flexible at all! Definately going to try these as I need to exercise because I am constantly driving and lazy to walk. I always say that i will do exercise but i never do it. I am slim as I weigh 8 stones but my muscles are tight and i can feel the pain.

Great exercises. M gymming from last 5 years n these r almost equivalent to that. In fact first 2 days were a little difficult s got a break from gym due to lockdown. But today being 6th day of this routine was able to do almost everything. Must say these 20 mins r more then gymming. Thanks a ton great help during lockdown n will surely continue this with gym later on s well.
I ve watched ua warmup exercise mam… Seems easy to do.. tats grt… bt can u tell me tat if I do warm up 6min and this 20min full body workout can leads to weight loss???
