Thankfully while scrolling through your channel I found a beginners band workout weekly routine. I was pumped about doing that other routine but this is likely the best starting point for a newbie.. I'll give it 12-16 weeks as I'm in no rush to push myself. And then think about doing one of your other weekly splits..
