On Exercise 1 the guy is curling is toes slightly which is causing his instep turn and arch when both feet should be flat on the floor. Pour form can lead to injuries and/or delaid results. Nice video and routines especially those you think can only be done with machines or equipment in a gym. I'll be trying many of these.
