I thought we were done and then she was like, "Alright, now get ready for the second round," and I literally died.
The last exercise was the hardest for me. Proud of myself for pushing myself to complete both rounds!
nice workout! thank u! i did chest flies instead of the benchpress. I think they work better with low weights and give me a nicer burn 😉

I've been doing this for roughly 2 weeks (I think) and my arms feel more toned and I can see faint muscles 💪 coming 😀 My arms feel more stronger than before (I am quite weak in my upper body) I'm going to continue doing this – and maybe level up to heavier weights 🏋️♀️ when I feel I can – to see the end results! 😀 Thanks for this workout Maddie! 💕
