In this video I showcase 6 extremely effective mass building bodyweight legs exercises that you can perform anywhere with no weights & no excuses.

The Exercises
1. Jump squats
2. Jumping lunges
3. Crab walks
4. Split squats
5. In & out jump squats
6. Lunge forward into jump squat

Add these exercises into a workout by performing each movement in that 8-12 rep range with a 30 second rest between each exercise. Complete 3-4 sets of each exercise.
