Awsome this is my 5th week doing not only this video but included some of the other videos. I was skeptical to see if they would work and yes they do I don't notice the change due to I'm always looking in the mirror but other people do my mom noticed that my back fat has decrease significantly and that's awsome… I started at 220lbs and now I'm at 214lbs my goal is 155lbs… So yes they work just follow through and eat reduce your meals. Thanks for the videos awsome work!

Waist 40.5”(I’m shocked I thought I was still 37-38😩🤷♀️)(my profile pic is from over 10 hrs ago, was 172Lbs. Would LOVE to see that again Lol)

1 fasting day of the week and am mostly ( mostly =under 50 carbs/day the holidays killed me, was down to 203) carnivore since July, no junk foods, coffee and water throughout the day, with 1 8oz glass of ACV-diluted- 1T ACV with 8oz water.
Last night I did have a half cup of no sugar apples sauce with 1t of cinnamon and I didn’t sweat last night. 🤔
Day 1: Done – Felt like this was fairly easy.
Day2 done
Day 3: calves are achy! Middle of back is a tad sore.
I’m 5’5 and 156 pounds will I see results in 2 weeks I have to lose some of my back fat so my can fit
Today was day 1 for me. I honestly underestimated this workout, I’m sweating and that’s after 7 minutes! I’m glad I started. I hope to be consistent.
Day 2 ✅ I added the tummy workout

Day 4✅ (was harder, I am not sure why)

I added 3000 – 5000 steps as from day 2 and intentionally drank water.
Overall my energy levels have improved and so has my mood. I’m calmer and happier.
I lost 2cm on my hips, 2cm on my arms, 1cm around my waist and 2kg. I am really happy and I will continue for the rest of December.
Day 1 and I already feel it in my back. That's good!
Can these be done with weights?
Honestly I’ve been doing this on and off since October since I have commitment issues with workouts😂 however I really so feel like it done massive difference on my back like my back fat and rolls are slowly disappearing and tops are fitting way better so thank you. Going to do this workout until I get rid of all my back fat.
My third day doing this and another Lucy’s 7 minutes workout . So far no difference ( same weight , same body measurement) except that I feel more active and flexible throughout the day . Will write another comment to update any improvement on my 8th day.
I started doing this last week was only able to do 5 days I seen results, then I did a full of week of days 7days I can see my back fat and rolls are starting to go away. I’m pleased.

Hi Lucy, I love the back fat exercises however I don't like how the squats feel with my knees the next day, do you have any suggestions other then squats i can do ? I've had this problem for quite a while. I am post menopausal. Doing your programs everyday 2 per day, love your routines

i feel terrible about my back and just wanna ball up and cry i’m gonna try this out.
day 1: pretty nice and sweaty work out. praying that i actually see results
day 2: very sweaty. much more than the first time. shoulders kinda hurt but i sweated a lot. more tiring
