Today I show you my hardcore upper back workout. This workout will help you build a ripped and muscular V-Taper upper body that you can be proud of when you take your off at the pool this year.

**Do 4 sets of 8 reps for each exercise

2:50 Bent arm side laterals

3:01 High bent over rows

3:20 High one-arm rows

Mike Chang has a body builders body but if you put him next to a ripped lean athletic person, you would see the difference and not want to train like mike Chang. No hate on him but his body is not the one I’m going for. Plus I’m sure he can’t play sports as agile as a ripped person.
