I tried to find it but couldn't.
This all seems like a waste of time. Best way to get bigger legs in my opinion without the use of weights is through sprints and a caloric surplus. 200m at 70-80% works best I find. You’ll differently feel it in your whole leg. Me and my brother both had small legs until we started doing sprints. My legs kinda looked like yours too but that’s not the case anymore. Didn’t take too long.Uphill sprints are even better.
