Question – you said do compound movements first (squat, RDL, etc) and then go into isolation movements (hip thrust, glute bridge) but then you said do short position first (hip thrust, bridge) and then long position next (squat, RDL). Can you please clarify? So impressed by you btw! Making my workout plan today. Thank you!

Loved the video, but in a part of the video you comment to first do your compound movements (squats, RDLs) and then isolation movements (Glute bridges, hip thrust). Then you continue to say to focus on training them in their shortened position first (glute bridges) and then lenghtened positions (RDLs), I'm confused. Which is the order?
