Hello i do 3 day cardio in a week for 40 minutes is that’s okay and other day i do other exercises like abs and stuff..?

My Cardio routine is 7 days a week split into 30 minutes run every second day and 5 km walk on days where i'm not running.

I usually run between 3-4 kilometers 2-3 times a week. The time is ranging between 20-25 minutes. I would love to go to the gym more often and do some strenght training, but i dont know how to combine it with cardio

Dr Mike, not sure if you still respond to comments on a 6 months old video but here I go.

I run 2-5km everyday. When I don't feel like running, I just do 2k. At best I do 8km. I am thinking of incorporating HIIT now that I'm taking into consideration my body goals. I don't wanna stop running because I just challenged myself and a few of my friends to a #RunEverydayChallenge until 10th Dec. I really wanna complete this challenge because it would mean a lot to me if I do. Or should I day when I do. At the same time I dont wanna hurt my gains at the gym.

On average, I work out 5 days a week. Ever since I started this challenge though, I've been entertaining the idea of working out twice a day.

I know I need to get a kitchen scale to be more accurate with tracking my protein requirements. For now I'm winging it with a lil educated guessing.

Kindly send help.
