I’ve been doing this arm workout plus 15 mins of treadmill jog and some lower body workout and I must say IT WORKS! I don’t do the arm workout everyday though, but even with that, I still noticed the line across my arm when I extend my arms and when I flex it, my muscles bulge. And I’ve been doing it since March 16th and it’s May 16th now so please do try it out! ♥️
i just did this workout with 1kg weights (about 2.2 pounds)….didnt feel a thing…only shoulders, not biceps not triceps. I wanted to try smth new, I ve been doing april han fit n fashion workout for slim arms in 30 days. no weight, but in 8mins you can feel every part of your arm burning. I guess Im gonna stick to that
Can you use 10 pound weights for this?
I hate my wobbly arms and quite honestly they are too big. I want to wear sleeveless tops and smaller sleeved tops. I am going to change my arms!

ive been doing this for 6x a week(once a day) plus the chloe ting arm workout too! and all i can say it really works my arm muscles is a lil bit visible and toned now! how much more if i keep on doing it for a month!
To only lose armpit it's a lot of work. To remodel living room you will need to demolish the whole house, well…for the better after all.

I was wondering if you can suggest some exercises for skinny gals who need to be fit and gain some muscles and be toned. Not saying becoming fat but a good body that looks good in all kind of dresses

DAY 1: I was in a rush so I did it in 1.25x with 5pounds weights, tbh I had done this workout before, that's why I don't find it THAT hard now, but still burns 😉

should we feel EXHAUSTED after this workout? like a really weak feeling in your arms down to the fingers..
But these exercises give you muscles mass.. and muscle mass is really heavy so won't you gain weight?

I’ve been doing this, for a little bit longer than two weeks. I can tell a difference in my arm muscle, by the way I’m doing just the 3 pounds right now. I do the whole work out, through. I’ve seen such a difference in my arms, so far. I’m very excited to see what awaits me in the next couple of months. I might add more pounds, who knows. But I want to say something that’s cool, my breast have been lifted. Like it’s really super cool, seeing my body working.
