Thanks guys! This is a very good idea for me, along with my low carb meals (1 or 2 a day). I also cut out the little snacks to minimize the rise in insulin per 24 hour period, only eating when I'm hungry, progressively gaining ground and finding that I am able to fast 24 to 36 hours.
