I started following this video about 2.5-3 weeks ago, when I first started I struggled so hard within just 5mins and had to force stop myself by the time I hit 10mins cuz it felt like my heart was bursting omg. The second time I did this workout I stopped at 10mins too. But by the 3rd time I did it I suddenly felt it was bearable within 10mins of the exercise and pushed myself to the full 20mins (once again my poor hardworking heart beat like mad) and ever since then I would do the full 20mins of it each time. I don’t exercise everyday , I strive to do it 3-4 times a week so I have a “rest” day after the exercise day. Of course it would be nice to lose weight, but my goal is to make exercise a part of my daily lifestyle so I’m not trying to be unrealistic and push myself to exercise every single day when I started from not exercising at all. Anyways so far I’ve been doing good. I know I gained muscle mass and my weight has been fluctuating by abt 0.5kg, so I’d say I lost about 0.5-1kg of fat so far which I’d say is not too bad within this 2.5-3 weeks. Food wise I didn’t follow any particular diet cuz I find it unrealistic that I’d follow through… some days I’d binge on my biscuits and fried food. But I also do have days where I replace my rice with cauliflower rice or a nice salad. The amount of carbs, as in the rice I eat is reduced to the size of my palm (not my whole hand). I opt to eat home cooked pan fried chicken breast instead of buying food outside because I have a feeling that there might be “hidden” calories I don’t know about. TLDR, I’ve been trying to make exercise my routine or lifestyle as a goal instead of losing weight. In terms of food I do binge at times yes, but I also have days where I eat healthier meals. I avoid eating outside food cuz I’m not entirely sure which food gives me the extra hidden calories. If I’m gonna eat something that has more calories or fat I’d rather be eating it deliberately than unknowingly so I’d know how to adjust. In 2-3 weeks I gained muscle and yet lost weight (most likely fat). Hope when I update this comment I’m still continuing
