If you ask me, it's really hard to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, but website called Next Level Diet is great for that. They also calculate your BMI and calorie intake for FREE and provide you with diet meal plan and training plan.
Let me start off by saying this looks like a really fucking solid workout plan, will definitely be trying it some time in the future. The reason I'm commenting is because of something else though. I'm not trying to be a dick here, but your squats look pretty off. You really need to work on both hip and ankle mobility so you can get fully down into a squat without your back rounding over like that. When you do a ton of reps like this or even add weight, this stuff becomes quite dangerous. I have disregarded this issue myself before, and ended up with some pretty nasty back pain. Once again, just giving some friendly advice, not trying to hate. Good luck in your workouts and keep putting out great content. Peace!
