Hey everyone! I should comment it’s been pointed out to me that Chloe Ting also has a lot of free programs (meal plans etc) When I did an IG story asking what you wanted to see I read lots of “Chloe Ting 2 week Ab Challenge” I assumed that meant everyone just did that video because that’s what I found when googling it. Totally my bad there! I’m thinking I should do a whole Chloe Ting challenge now with all the different programs. Who would like to see that?!

i did Chloe Ting's abs workout 3 times a week for a month .. i lost 2.5 cm around my belly botton .. 6 cm of lower belly+back fat .. so i guess its been an effective programme that i made for myself 😅

You should try the Salty club, they are cheap but amazing, have sections on Yoga, workouts, nutrition, community and empowerment!
