It's so nice that these are posted for free! I keep looking for the catch in Heather Robertson's 12 week workout plans (like, when do I have to start paying?) But can't find any.
For me, only being 13, I do 15 minutes of this workout. Which is about up to the frog crunch, or the one before that.
I did all the work out without stopping on my period… im proud of myself
