Give this intense 5 minute at home core workout a try! You get a full core workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted core workout since it’s bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your core will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you’d like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

Head up Hold is impossible, i can do it for 10 Second and then i rest every time, its much harder than anything else for me.

Since being 15 i stuck with 200 press ups and 150 sit ups daily and it has payed off with toned abs i recently started doing this as i was use to my routine and i really notice that its making a difference cheers
