Give this intense 5 minute at home hamstring workout a try! You get a full hamstrings workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted hamstring workout since it’s bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your hamstrings will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you’d like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

When you bend your torso forward at the hips at a 90 degree angle it puts a tremendous amount of pressure on the discs in your lower back. People should really avoid exercises and stretches where you're bending forward like that. There are far safer alternatives that avoid certain harmful motions that lead to long-term damage. We gotta be careful with our bodies or we'll be in constant pain when we're old people; we only get one of em, for now.
