This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You’ll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. We have to do just one set of all those exercises or we could do more sets? So would be 10 minutes or 15.

This workout did not work for me. My chest muscles did not fire at all. Only my arms
Glad to see I'm not the only one that feels it more in my front shoulders and arms. Very little in the chest no matter how hard I try to squeeze. I've tried repositioning the bands and still same… still awesome workout tho
Can we do while sitting. Because there is no place to stand and do.
I felt this more on the tops of my arms and my shoulder? For some reason there’s not really much burn in the chest area
