Give version 2 of the intense 5 minute resistance band chest workout a try! You get a killer workout that hits the entire chest in only 5 minutes. This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You’ll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. Remember, this chest workout can be done as a 1-set finisher or multiple rounds for a full workout. Add on some serious lean muscle mass to that chest with only a resistance band!!

Glad to see I'm not the only one that feels it more in my front shoulders and arms. Very little in the chest no matter how hard I try to squeeze. I've tried repositioning the bands and still same… still awesome workout tho
