Give version 2 of the intense 5 minute resistance band leg workout a try! You get a killer workout that hits the entire legs in only 5 minutes. This routine can be done at home, at the gym, or wherever you have access to a resistance band. You’ll be feeling it the next day due to how effective this routine is. Remember, this leg workout can be done as a 1-set finisher or multiple rounds for a full legs workout. Add on some serious lean muscle mass to those legs with only a resistance band!!
