You can do 3-4 rounds of this workout in your shoulder day.

Make your shoulders round and strong at Home Without any equipment.
In this video , I take 20 seconds rest between the exercises .
You can take 1 minute rest or more than that according to your capability.
But don’t do over rest like 3-5 minutes .
