If you want t possess an athletic physique instead of just big then just get 3 or 4 kettlebells at differing weights, some running shoes and a pull up bar/rings. Done!

Why Bumper weights?
Everyone who does kipping pull ups should get hurt.
Essentials is this: (in order)
1) squat rack, Olympic barbell, weights
2) bench & dumbbells set
For me: (essentials for home gym)
1) money
2) money
3) more money
All that expose insulation that is not the move my man
Those crossfit "pullups" made my soul leave my body.
There isn’t anything wrong with door frame pull-up bars I’ve used mine for 2 years, everyone knows CrossFit pull-ups are trash
Essentials: Power rack with a pull-up bar on it and dip attachment (or get some rings), bench, barbell, dumbbell handles, weight disks. Ok, and an exercise bike.
