Did you try the exercises in the video? Which ones will you be adding to a daily routine? (For my wife it's short arc quads, straight leg raises, and band walks. Those take care of her knee pain!) Thanks for these videos, I'll be trying out these excercises for sure! One comment on the sound quality: I saw you got yourself a mic – that was a good move for sure. For me it was a bit uncomfortable to listen to you though, it seemed like you were still talking as loud as you needed to without the additional mic on your shirt. So I'd appreciate if you used a bit of a lower volume when explaining the exercises 😉
