This 3 weeks lean arms challenge is great for building some upper body strength and at the same time help to tone your arms. Combine this exercise with other workouts in the program to help to lose fat.

Please note that we can’t target fat loss so if you lose fat overall, you’ll most likely lose some arm fat as well so definitely encourage you to try other workouts in the calendar.

I’m going to start doing these very day for the next three weeks starting tomorrow 🙂

Week 1:
Day 1: ✅ my arms hurt a little now💀 I had to take a 1 minute break in the middle but I’m proud of myself for pushing through
Day 2: ✅ it’s so harddd but this time I took no breaks 😊
Day 3: ✅ I need to get better at doing up and down planks but overall there‘s definitely been a bit of improvement today compared to yesterday 😀

day 2 and i legitimately hate HATE the up and down plank, my arms burn when i do set 1 and set 3!! i'm hoping that ill lose fats on my arms, currently both arms are 25 cm. i highly doubt ill lose fats all over my body but let's hope i do, my current weight is 48 kg and i want to be 44-45 kg. i'm also doing this with other 2 programs !! let's hope i get to achieve my goals, im also wondering if changing what i eat will affect how my body loses fat, ill update every day hopefully 🙂

I did this work-out for 3 weeks but didn't get any results😑 I thought at the end of the 3rd week my arms will be super slim but nothing like that happened. But my whole body appearance slightly differs. (I did few more exercises other than this)

My arms feel stronger and the exercises much easier (even if i ate lesser calories than yesterday). I used to do half pushup but i can now do full (still a little hard though) But I'm glad😊
