Thank God, I was going through flawless withdrawal the past week 🙂 Since my surgeries last year I've traded dumbells for bands and have LOVED it. Ideal & consistent resistance requires mindfulness and discipline to get the desired results. For rotator cuff issues, there's nothing better imo. So good to see another post Sarah!
