You requested for level 5. Here you go!

Warning: This workout routine is hardcore, and this workout routine is never meant to be “fun” or that kinda “good workout” routine, and you may dislike this routine. However, this routine was designed to push your body to the limit or beyond, to forge your fitness to the next level.

Two main criteria to get the best out of level 5:

1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the “alternatives”

2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round

Bonus: 3.) Completed Level 4+ special round #ISurvivedJySpecialRound with more than 80 Burpees

If yes, you’ll crush level 5 without a problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can’t complete this level. At the end of the day, the level of the workout is not as important as the level of your consistency! Good luck!
