Coach Trevor from the MS GYM has created some great YouTube specific context to help exercise with Multiple Sclerosis. This video focuses on MANAGING FOOT DROP and improving your ANKLE MOBILITY.

ITEMS NEEDED: A step, phonebook (if you still own one), hardcover book. Step whould be something between ½ – 4 inches. Start lower and work your way up.

1. Place ball of foot on step and learn forward. This stretches your calf.
2. Place ball of foot on step, have a bend in your knee on the step and learn forward. This stretches your soleus muscle.
3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 on other leg.
4. Using a wheelie walker, trekking poles or a wall. Place one foot forward and the other foot back and learn forward. Slight pelvic tilts and keep both heels on the ground and keep truck upright.
5. Repeat step 4 for the other leg.

REMEMBER BGB throughout exercises – Keep your Blades down, Guts in and squeeze your Butt.

My right leg is starting to lean inwards like my knees are on top of each other is ther any exercise for that I don’t want it to keep leaning to the left because at some point I won’t be able to walk scary
