It is my belief, that increasing your understanding of the problem significantly enhances the result of the exercises.

I will therefore try to educate you in the aetiology of shoulder impingements as well.

This brief education should not only enhance your understanding of shoulder impingements but also make the exercises a lot more effective

I will briefly educate you in basic shoulder anatomy.

Next, I will demonstrate two easy tests which will help to determine if the shoulder pain is indeed caused by an impingement. If it is, the exercises will be very beneficial for you indeed.

Lastly, I will share a total of three highly effective exercises with you.

The first exercise is a two-parter and has a success rate of 98%

All the exercises have the specific goal to increase the space in the shoulder where the impingement normally takes place. This space is called the Subacromial space.

May I ask? The pain is after 5 months gone, but I haven't healed it properly. I did not quit the job, so it didnt have enough time to heal. Now I feel cracking/poping. The hand gets sometimes blue like the blood circulation was wrong. Might this also help?

This WORKS! I've had 20+ years of rotator cuff syndrome – kept at bay with light weights and PT. But I amped up my shoulder press over the years, causing an imbalance leading to impingement (I only realize this now). Well presented and highly informative video. Thanks. Too much sitting and slouching over the computer desk and hunched up TV watching on the sofa leads to all sorts of physical issues including shoulder impingement. Hanging off the bar is great and as you get stronger pull ups are the next challenge. Get out of your chairs and sofas and get your life back!
