Wide Grip Push Ups – 20 Reps x 2 Sets
Wide Dips – 20 Reps x 2 Sets
Decline Push Ups – 20 Reps x 2 Sets
Incline Reverse Grip Push Ups- 20 Reps x 2Sets
Water Bottle Flys – 10 Reps (each side with 3s each Rep) x 2 Sets

Man, I like how you protect the intention of your videos because some people can throw negativity instead of let people that need it take it home and add it to their routine. Home exercises are really effective to build strength. Gym can build the muscles but what can we do when they all are closed now in these times? Keep it up man
