Leo Rich says:

One thing that helps me is visualizing off the course and at home at work – there should be no doubt when I leave for the course/net/pick up a club what I want to do

ant john says:

I play off 2 and I twitch like hell only play for a few quid and still yip all sort of shots and still can play to my h/c so frustrating

Jmurphyy says:

I’m a plus 4 handicap. When I am casually playing I shoot 68-69 pretty regularly and my bad round casually is around level par. My head needs help, I can see it. When I play in a tournament I feel like I just can’t swing. My swing doesn’t work, it’s frustrating because I know my swing is genuinely almost perfect and when I’m casually playing it feels so easy to do. I’m sure I can 100% be the best golfer in the world, I just really need to fix my mental game. When I try to think positive my mind wanders off and negative thoughts pop in. Any tips or anybody I can chat to, to transform my mind? I know when I sort this out, I will be able to compete against the best in the world, without a doubt. Please help me.

J Walker says:

Sounds Good Thanks

Mark Schusteric says:

I spend less than 7 seconds….I'm a 35 handicap.

Dan kool says:

Just hit it 🤷‍♂️

BG Drake says:

I spent 28 yrs in the military jumping out of airplanes, Special Operations and 1MA1 Tanker….Did that without self-doubt because I had mental clarity. I've been playing golf for 30yrs this is by far the one of the best videos I have been searching for the remove my self-doubt. My pre-shot routine is entirely too long which more doubt creeps into my golf game causes me to hit bad shots.

Kane Pillers says:

I've totally noticed the difference with taking less time over the ball and less over-thinking, particularly when I've gotten frustrated with my game after a few poor holes. Ironically when it feels like I'm putting less effort in because I'm having a bit of a sulk, I've started hitting them better. Golf is about repeating the same motion over and over again – your muscle memory knows every millisecond of it, so it's best to step up and hit before thoughts start to interfere with your instinctive process.

Skwerrul says:

I’ve never played a single stroke of traditional golf but I’m an avid disc golfer and figured there would be some good tips to find from golf instructors. I was not disappointed, very good video.

Josh Johnson says:

Awesome video!

Caleb Castor Golf says:

Why do I play better by myself and not with a group

itsgusgus_ says:

I’m gonna be completely honest. Golf is a great game, but it is very stressful. I have been hitting it ok, but my scores are terrible. I shot a 96 today. I am a junior and am in tournaments a lot. Golf is kind of making everything else more stressful. It kind of feels like I am a terrible golfer now. How do I get over this?

Alex Marie says:

I've managed to get down to 8, during friendly rounds I am shooting this and less, generally no more than 10-11 over gross when playing poorly. I am just getting back to golf (re-started in 2020) and I have anxiety over the comps. This is mainly through the first 4 holes as there is so much trouble, and also the wayward potential in my swing. I want to hit committed golf shots but when I am nervous my body doesn't move and my arms take over. The pressure I put on myself, knowing I can shoot low if I play well, the anxiety, and the frustration means I shoot several shots worse in comps..although in typing this I am realising there is a lot of negative narrative of disaster lol

Toby Knevett says:

Great video really has helped me

Ismael Garcia says:

Every time I play with my dad and we get paired up I tend to rush my self and play bad and feel pressure from my dad and lose confidence. But when i play by myself i feel more comfortable. I dont know what to do

Amelia says:

Thanks, guys this really worked for me.

Willim Holdren says:

I got a match today and my mental game is awful. Hopefully this will help for my negative attitude

Qerim Shahini says:

I play alone and shoot 10 over. I play comp and shoot 20 over. Consistently… It's an absolute joke.

shrgdkajsb says:

shot 76 last practice right infront of the varsity coach, i was so nervous. never played that bad in my life. mental game was all i needed to fix. thank you coach.
