The pain during sleep is excruciating..
I think I have this issue. Not a runner, but have flat feet. I took a HIIT class and can feel constant pain behind my knee cap. I have osteoarthritis however my knee pain usually goes away after i stretch a lot. I think I need to focus more on these stretches and leg strengthening exercises daily
Sir, I have been performing these exercises, but whenever I'm done with any of them, my knee pops back to its "dislocated" place. Any advice?
