If this workout is too hard, do this: work each exercise for 30 seconds, this will give you more rest; do progressions for the hard exercises — for archer push-ups, use both hands with a wide grip, lowering your chest while tucking in your arms into your rib cage when going down; for elevated pike push-ups, do normal pike push-ups; next, you’ll want to do slow reps while focusing on form; finally, if gets too hard to perform the exercises in the second and third rounds, do the push-ups on your knees, and aim for 3 rounds. Eventually you’ll be able to do it as in the video and get four rounds💪.

Instead of the seconds I did 4 sets of 25 of each workout them archer push ups I couldn’t do those I only managed to do 15-20 but I like to push myself untill I physically can’t no more it’s all mentally

I don't normally struggle with my gym workout but my muscles are fatigued with it. Last week I wasnt able to go and I missed push day this week as a big(read slightly muscular but with extra fat) guy. I did this one set and holy. Now I know why I dont sweat in the gym thanks
